Booking Procedures
Reservations have to be made via telephone, fax or e-mail
The user will be given a date of deadline.
The application forms, campsite information and user’s regulations should be downloaded directly from our website.
Please complete and return the application form with payment (cheque) to
“The Hong Kong Girl Guides Association” before deadline. (post dated cheque not acceptable)
Reservation will be considered null and void if the applicant failed to submit the relevant payment before deadline.
The booking will be cancelled automatically without further notice, and the reserved venue will be allocated to other users.
The proforma invoice will be email or fax to applicant and the entry permit will be issued upon completion of the application. The official receipt and invoice will be mailed to the correspondence address of the applicant upon completion of payment.
Any amendments to the number of users or arrival time after application must be reported to and approved by the Booking Office beforehand.
